Beta The Club Brain

Give your club a brain.

One shared memory for everything your club already produces — and agents that work on top of it. Ask it anything.

The infrastructure

One brain. Every process.

You connect what you already have. The brain reads it, remembers it, and puts agents to work on top of it. No install, no camera hardware, no new tool for your staff to learn.

01 — Video analysis

It watches every minute you don't.

The first thing the brain learns is your football. Send a match and it comes back as something you can scrub, search and send.

An annotated session replay, scrubbable like a debugger
Six coach-ready clips, cut and captioned for a phone
Every passage searchable, months after the whistle

02 — Staff intelligence

Your bench, with a memory.

Every match the brain ingests makes the next one sharper. Shape, phases, threat by zone, and what this opponent did to you last time.

An interactive tactical report — a web page, not a PDF
Opponent history that compounds season over season
Ask it anything — no query language, no analyst rota

03 — Player development

Every player gets an analyst.

The thing no club can staff: one person per player, every week, showing them their own pattern. The brain already holds the footage.

04 — Ops automation

The admin runs itself.

Most of a club's week isn't coaching. It's chasing availability, filing the match report, rebuilding the same spreadsheet. Agents pick that up.

Match reports filed without anyone opening a document
Availability, travel and kit chased on their own
Every action on the record, reversible, attributable

What it changes

Numbers you can check on your own club.

Three numbers, and the arithmetic behind each one. The first is the one you can check on your own match, this week.

From your first upload to a brain that answers questions

A human reviews every output before it ships. You verify this one on the first match you send.

Your admin spend on a match week

Eleven of the fourteen hours your staff spends filing, chasing and clipping come back. What is left is the part that needs a person.

The number of teams one analyst can cover

The brain does the watching. Your analyst does the judging — for the whole club instead of one side of it.

The replay shows relative positions, not calibrated tracking, and no dot is ever labelled as a named player.

FAQ

The honest answers.

What do we have to connect first? +

One match. A native Veo or Hudl export, a broadcast recording, or a YouTube link, 720p or better. Everything else — sheets, GPS files, the rest of the season — you add once you've seen it work.

Is this just video analysis with a new name? +

No. Video analysis is the first thing the brain learns, because it's the richest thing a club already produces. It's one of the four things it does, and the agents on top of it are the point.

What happens to our footage? +

It stays yours. Never published, never used to train anything we sell to another club, deleted on request. Rights confirmed in writing before we process anything.

Do the agents decide anything on their own? +

They draft, file and chase. They don't pick a team and they don't send anything in your name without a human approving it. Every action they take is on the record and reversible.

What does it cost after the free match? +

Per-team pricing, no seats — nobody at your club needs a licence to ask a question. The final numbers are being set with our first design-partner clubs, so ask us and we'll tell you exactly where it stands.

What do we need to install? +

Nothing. You send a file or a link. Everything comes back as a web page, six video files, and whatever your staff asks it for after that.

Start your club's brain with one match.

One match you already have — the original export from Veo, Hudl or your club camera, not a re-encode. Back in 48 hours as a brain you can ask questions of. A human checks every output before it ships. Free, once.
