The problem
The footage exists. The hours don't.
Semi-pro and academy matches get filmed every weekend: a Veo on a mast behind the halfway line, a broadcast feed, a phone on the railing. Watching it back is the part that doesn't scale. ElevenPi does the watching between the final whistle and the next session. The decisions stay yours.
The pipeline
One file in. Four things back.
No install, no camera hardware, no tagging. It works on the footage you already have.
Annotated session replay
The 2D view above: both teams and the ball through every passage of play, scrubbable like a debugger.
Interactive tactical report
Event timeline, team shape, possession phases, threat by zone. A web page you can poke at, not a PDF.
Six coach-ready clips
Cut to the moment, annotated, sized for a phone screen and a two-minute conversation.
AI halftime advice
What to exploit, what to fix, which shape and personnel it involves. Every suggestion links to the clip that justifies it.
Switch play one pass earlier
Consider releasing the switch before the third touch on the ball side: their block slides fully across, and the weak-side channel stays open for four to six seconds.
The unit of value
Six clips, ready before Tuesday.
Reports are for the staff room. What changes a player's Tuesday is a twenty-second clip with the moment marked, sent over WhatsApp before training. That packet is what this pipeline exists to produce.
Example set. Every clip is cut from your footage, never stock.
The numbers
Numbers you can check on your own match.
The replay shows relative positions, not calibrated tracking, and no dot is ever labelled as a named player. The first match you send is how you verify all four numbers.
Pricing
Pay for matches, not seats.

FAQ
What footage do you need? +
A native Veo export, a broadcast recording, or a YouTube link. 720p or better.
What happens to my footage? +
It stays yours. Never published, deleted on request.
What does it cost after the free match? +
Per-match pricing. The final numbers are being set with our first design-partner clubs; the plans above are the starting point.
What do we need to install? +
Nothing. You send a file or a link. Everything comes back as a web page and six video files.
Send us one match.
One match you already have: the original export from Veo, Hudl or your club camera, not a re-encode. Back in 48 hours, and a human checks every output before it ships. Free, once.
